Terminal check-in windows
Arrive 25 to 35 minutes before departure. Boarding gates close 10 minutes prior to scheduled departure to protect on-time performance.
Luggage & parcel allowances
1 standard checked bag (up to 20 kg on commuter/coach routes; 25 kg on Monrovia–Ganta) plus 1 small carry-on item is included in your fare.
Accessibility & priority boarding
Row 1 seats (1A & 1B) are designated for passengers requiring step-assisted or priority boarding. Flag assistance needs during checkout.
Digital QR & reference validation
Keep your opaque QR boarding pass or 6-character BYN reference ready. Staff validate your ticket against the trip manifest at the gate.
